What? Why would we do that?
It’s because we’re expanding our Recruiter team and if you’re looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant for your organization. We can partner with you to find them, without charging you a finders fee. Our average finders fee for Employee Search in the last 12 months is running at in $20,500 and we charge a minimum of $15,000 and so that’s the kind of value you’re getting.
Once we identify a recruiter through a partnered approach with you, Prime Essential will hire them. They become your Recruitment Business Partner [RBP]. The RBP who will act as an Account Manager for your organization and be your main point of contact, the RBP will assign any roles you’re hiring for to the appropriate Prime Essential Specialist Recruiter. They will also be given responsibility as a Recruitment Specialist that compliments what you do. They would deliver against those needs for your business and other Prime Essential clients and so have the chance to earn commission. Their specialist discipline focus could be Environmental, QA/QC, ITS/Tech, Legal, HR, Finance, Supply Chain etc. and your team grows but your fees stay the same, through a contract for services with Prime Essential. Those fees being around the same as it would cost you to hire one Recruiter but you get access to a team.
An example, if you need a H&S professional, your RBP would assign that role to our H&S Specialist Recruiter and the RBP would manage delivery against it, form the H&S Specialist Recruiter. The recruitment team is managed my Prime Essential, they use our Customer Relationship Management Software, our Applicant Tracking System, our LinkedIn Recruiter account, out Jobs Boards for advertising and use both our brands for marketing to attract talent. Along with a bunch or other tools of recruitment wizardy.
The early structure could will look something like this…
