Water Act permitting (notifications, approvals and licences )

Our team is uniquely positioned to provide Alberta Water Act consultation, having previous experience working with the regulator. We have in-depth knowledge of Code of Practice (COP) notifications, wetland approvals, dewatering approvals, TDLs and licence transfers. We have experience working with Statements of Concern submissions and Environmental Appeals Board mediations/hearings..
Wetland Assessment
Our team includes individuals with the professional requirements to authenticate Wetland Assessments (i.e., WAIRs and WAIFs) for submissions proposing wetland impacts to the regulator under the Water Act in accordance with provincial requirements.

Complying with the monitoring and reporting conditions of licences can be time-consuming. Our clients find it more cost-effect and efficient to outsource the administration and ongoing reporting to us.
